What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence
Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
Document services using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
Strong clinical and communication skills
Passion for working with the geriatric population
Experience with Net Health and PCC is a plus, but not required
