What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bil Lingual - Appointment /Front Desk 3+ years Experience position at SUNSET RADIOLOGY?
We are currently looking for two motivated full time employees. We are a very busy Diagnostic Center. We need two employees that will be punctual and efficient with attention to detail. Also great team player.
Must have AT LEAST 3 years experience in front desk. (If no healthcare experience PLEASE DO NOT REPLY) MUST BE BILINGUAL in Spanish. Prefer some experience with referrals. EMR knowledge required.
Provide excellent patient service in the office or over the phone
Collect payment- co pays, deductibles, and balances
Verify demographics and insurance information
Schedule appointments; verifying times with patients; preparing charts, and consent forms
Ability to answer and triage a multiple line phone system
Verify patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.
