Role Description
The Property Support Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulf Shores, AL. This role involves providing exceptional customer and technical support to homeowners, guests, and business partners.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting current property owners and building new owner relationships
• Assisting with outreach to prospective owners
• Managing guest communication and operational support
• Contributing to general office and team needs in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve property-related technical issues.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating property performance and operational data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with homeowners, guests, and team members.
- Familiarity with property management systems or related software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
We are seeking someone who is organized, personable, and proactive, with a strong customer service background. Hospitality experience is strongly preferred due to the guest-facing nature of the role.
Property management or real estate experience is a plus, and a real estate license is preferred. It will support owner relations and property growth initiatives, with opportunities to participate in collaborative sales efforts as part of a team-based structure rather than a traditional commission-only model.
