Pay Range - $115,000 - $130,000

Audi Beaverton, part of Sunset Imports, is seeking a capable, data-driven Parts Manager to lead a high-performing department that supports retail, wholesale, and internal service. We serve the Portland metro and surrounding areas with a premium customer experience. As Parts Manager, you will own the parts operation end to end. You will lead a skilled team, tighten processes, and deliver reliable availability for the Service Drive and customers. If you are operationally sharp, financially fluent, and serious about continuous improvement, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the parts team across back counter, retail, wholesale, internet and internal sales


• Ensure parts availability to the Service Department with disciplined stock control and first-time fill performance


• Build and enforce clear processes for ordering, receiving, stocking, binning, cycle counting, shipping, and returns


• Manage financial performance, including pricing matrices, gross retention, expense control, and month-end accuracy


• Forecast demand, set min/max levels, and optimize days-supply to reduce obsolescence and dead stock


• Strengthen wholesale and collision accounts with professional outreach and on-time delivery standards


• Oversee warranty and core returns, audits, and compliance with Audi programs and policies


• Maintain vendor and OEM relationships to secure favorable terms, accurate invoicing, and timely deliveries


• Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations and a consistent client experience


• Safeguard the department through safety practices, secure inventory controls, and clean audits


• Monitor performance daily and adjust quickly to remove bottlenecks and protect throughput

Key Metrics You Will Own:

• First-time fill rate and lost-sale capture


• Parts gross profit and expense ratio


• Inventory turns, days-supply, and obsolescence percentage


• Special-order cycle time and aging


• Counter productivity and accuracy


• Warranty and core return compliance


• Inventory variance and audit results

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of dealership parts management experience with proven results


• Strong team leadership, coaching, and accountability focus


• Fluent with DMS and parts systems, reporting, and Excel for analysis and forecasting


• Clear communicator who partners well with Service and Sales to meet client and technician needs


• Organized, detail oriented, and decisive in a fast-moving environment


• Valid driver license with acceptable record
