Responsibilities:
- Overall Management of the Restaurant
- Supervise Staff and Provide Training As Needed
- Oversee Inventory and Ordering of Supplies
- Ensure High Standards of Customer Service and Food Quality
- Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints
- Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
- Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience
- Monitoring restaurant finances, including sales and expenses
- Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety
- Completing necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory and staff attendance reports
Requirements:
- Prior Experience in Similar Role
- Prior Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-paced Environment
- Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
