What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Sunset Italian Restaurant?
We are looking for outgoing and personable individuals to join our team as Hosts and Hostes. The ideal candidates are comfortable interacting with guests, both in a quiet and formal environment and also in a high-energy and casual setting. The host/host will answer any questions about the restaurant, assist guests in finding their seats and overall make sure that guests have a good experience at our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure that their needs are met.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared correctly during the rush hours.
- Work as a member of a team to ensure that customers have a positive dining experience.
- Communicate with staff and management about customer needs and concerns.
- Exchange cash for bills and accept credit card payments.
- Make change for guests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
