- Develops and implements new training materials, schedule, solutions, etc.
- Works with multiple departments and management teams to coordinate training that supports an increased understanding of
- Supports EHR Manager with the implementation of projects such as EHR upgrades, design of interfaces, template evaluations,
- Performs system configuration and daily maintenance to other ancillary tools such as telehealth, lab and medication interfaces,
- Conducts audits to ensure that the EHR is being maximized and that the system is functioning appropriately.
- Participates in the implementation of upgrades, software patches, interfaces, workflow improvement projects, etc.
- Supports operations, nursing and clinical management with workflow design and improvement.
- Conducts regular audits on the EHR system usage to ensure appropriate usage of the system is occurring.
- Maintains documentation of audits performed, along with necessary follow-up and retraining.
- Responds to “helpdesk” tickets or calls in a timely manner and follows helpdesk protocols.
- Works with Data Analytics, quality team, nursing, operations, and medical providers to ensure that Patient Centered Medical
- Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions, reports/removes unsafe equipment and attends
