Responsibilities
- Perform Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, and Multipoint Inspections per Ford Motor Company instructions
- Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly, top off fluids, and inspect fluid conditions
- Identify components that need to be replaced or maintained
- Perform BG Services, Fluid Exchanges, Alignments, and Safety Recalls
- Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
- Mount and Balance Tires
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repairing vehicles
- Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
- Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
