Job Description :
- Provide resident-centered personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing / undressing, obtaining vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, offer water and supplements as appropriate, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Aid residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercise.
- Document resident care and behaviors in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing, or supplies properly; follow consistent hand-washing and use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Comply with all related laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures; fulfill obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.
- Effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, and use the electronic medical record for documentation.
- Meet physical demands to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 lbs and maintaining necessary movement and position relative to job tasks.
- Work environment noise level is moderate; frequency of travel may vary based on business need.
- Must possess the ability to measure and comprehend quantities.
