- Achieve or exceed annual sales budget targets for designated supplier partners through effective planning and execution.
- Lead the strategy and execution of new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth.
- Organize and facilitate annual business planning meetings to define market strategies, set performance goals, and align cross-functional teams.
- Monitor progress toward business planning goals throughout the year, ensuring objectives are met or surpassed.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with overall strategic and financial objectives.
- Conduct independent sales calls to secure new distribution opportunities and monitor key account programming for effectiveness and compliance.
- Support the training and development of both sales and management team members, fostering growth in product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and leadership capabilities
