Duties
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders using.
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects

- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems
Experience
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Hands-on experience with residential painting, building repair, electrical and plumbing repairs
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to oversee maintenance teams or projects
