Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable team player with a "Can do" attitude. You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining landscaping and grounds, and general maintenance activities in a private condominium association.
Duties
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders using.
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety inspections regularly
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems
Experience
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Hands-on experience with residential painting, building repair, electrical, excavator and front-end loader, swimming pool and hot tub, hand tools and landscaping equipment and plumbing and water supply repairs
- Must be able to lift 40-60 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stoop, bend twist, grip and stand on a regular basis. Must have attention to detail. Must be able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines and goals.
- Applicant must have a clean background and pass drug screen. References will be checked.
