Requirements of the Business Office Manager / Medicaid Specialist:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Great Customer Service Skills
Experience of the Business Office Manager / Medicaid Specialist:
- A minimum of one (1) year Business Office and Medicaid Specialist expereince in a Skilled Nusing Facility preferred
- Experience with Applying for Long Term Care Medicaid
- Experience with RFMS (Resident Trust)
- Experience with Collections
- Experience with PCC
