We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, and proven Automotive Service Advisor/Service Consultant to join our elite team at Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota. Only elite candidates will be considered for this position. Must have a proven track record selling service to automotive customers and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
Service Consultant Duties
- As the first point of contact for service customers, show outstanding customer service.
- Use active listening to engage and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns.
- Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to technician.
- Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell needed work.
- Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.
Service Advisor Requirements
- Must be career minded & have great customer service skills.
- Strong automotive knowledge and experience required.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
- Successful candidate must have a valid Driver's License
