Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time employee to work in our prefab construction shop, where we manufacture custom garages and sheds. You’ll be part of a hands-on team focused on quality craftsmanship and efficiency. This role also includes sales assistant duties on Saturdays only, where you’ll interact with customers and help them find the perfect building solution. Saturday sales come with bonus earning potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction or carpentry. Dependable and able to work well with a team. Friendly and professional communication skills for customer interaction Willingness to work Saturdays (required) — no Sundays
Pay & Benefits:

Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is required.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment, reading tape measures, adding and subtracting basic fractions.
- Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy materials, and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
