Full-Time BDC Associate-Appointment Setter position available at Audi Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships.
We have an immediate opening for a friendly, customer-focused professional to join our service team as a BDC Associate. In this vital role, you will be working to maintain and grow the service department customer base. You will accomplish this by responding to and reaching out to current and former service customers to schedule service appointments.
We are a large volume store and need a strong candidate with previous BDC experience. Successful candidates will also be organized with a strong ability to follow-through, be organized, and have a pleasant personality.

BDC/Customer Service Associate Duties
As an Automotive Service BDC Associate, you will be taking and making calls to former and current clients to set up service appointments. You will also perform other administrative duties as needed. Exceptional customer service skills are required.
- Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
- Following up and maintaining relationships with former customers
- Determining each customer's needs by active listening
- Performing surveys with customers
Service BDC Associate Requirements
As a Customer Service/BDC Associate, you will represent Sunset Automotive Group and help to maintain our stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal BDC Associate will also have:
- Proven track record as a BDC Associate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly personality and the ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers

- Computer proficiency
