Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (technical school preferred)
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive training or certification (e.g., ASE student certification)
- Previous hands-on experience (internship, shop class, or personal work)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic and repair skills. This role requires expertise across multiple vehicle systems and the ability to mentor junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform advanced repairs (engine, transmission, electrical systems)
- Use diagnostic tools and software efficiently
- Provide accurate estimates and repair recommendations
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Mentor and train entry-level technicians
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology
Requirements
- 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dealership or high-volume shop environments
- Advanced training in hybrid/electric vehicles
