Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our deck restoration crew! If you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in seeing a project transform from start to finish, this is the job for you. No prior experience is necessary—we will provide full hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Pressure washing and sanding wood decks to prepare them for finishing.
- Staining & Sealing: Applying stains and sealers efficiently for a clean, professional finish.
- Minor Woodworking: Performing occasional deck repairs, board replacements, and light carpentry as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and work well in a team environment.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
