Sunroof Express is in search of enthusiastic and upbeat Customer Service Agents to join our team in Troy, MI! In this role, you will be working closely with customers and service providers to communicate information about next steps in the repair process as well as addressing customer concerns.

- Pay: $16-$19/hour – negotiable based on experience
Schedule:
- IN OFFICE: Monday to Friday
- Hybrid work available after proof of performance (extended hours) (in-office work still required)
- Hybrid shift: 11AM-8PM OR Saturdays (hours vary)
The right candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Customer focused, friendly, and upbeat
- Detailed oriented, exercising active listening skills
- Excellent data entering skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Desire to learn, develop and surpass expectations
What you’ll be doing:
- Quickly and professionally answer inbound and make outbound phone calls
- Listen and respond attentively to customers' needs
- Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations
- Coordinate care and repair with customers and service providers
- Problem solve and provide solutions
