The Equipment Operator position is critical as we build better communities. Here are some things you will do:
- Operate heavy equipment. This could be a trackhoe, backhoe, loader, skidsteer, or dozer.
- Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads/floors.
- Teach and direct our laborers
- Greases, oils, and perform minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools.
- Be an amazing team member on an amazing team
Additionally, we're looking for:
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
- Ability to work long hours and move at least 50 lbs.
- Regular exposure to the elements
- Strong work ethic
