As a Business Development Liaison, you'll play a vital role in connecting patients with the services they need while contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, and community organizations.
- Execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed census and admissions goals.
- Conduct routine visits to referral partners to educate them on Sunrise Vista's services, programs, and clinical capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term partnerships within the healthcare community.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral and admission process.
- Monitor referral activity, admissions, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, and outcomes using CRM or other tracking tools.
- Represent Sunrise Vista at networking events, community meetings, and healthcare industry functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to referral sources, residents, families, and internal team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and applicable healthcare laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare business development, healthcare sales, or clinical liaison experience preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, hospice, or post-acute care is highly preferred.
