What You’ll Do: • Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes • Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies • Supervise caregivers and medication staff • Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments • Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts • Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans • Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards • Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families You combine independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership, serving as the clinical anchor of the building during overnight operations.
