As a Lead Medication Aide/Med Tech, you serve as the shift-level clinical leader ensuring safe medication administration, documentation accuracy, and team accountability.What You'll Do: Administer medications following the Six Rights of Medication Administration Accurately document in MAR/TAR and complete narcotic counts Monitor for refusals, PRNs, and resident condition changes Verify new orders and reconcile physician directives Lead shift crossovers and support staffing coverage Mentor and coach Medication Aides/Med Techs Maintain medication cart, room compliance, and infection control standards Communicate concerns to Wellness Nurse/RCD promptlyYou are both a working Med Tech and a frontline leader protecting resident safety while modeling clinical excellence.What We're Looking For: High School Diploma/GED; age 18 Medication Administration certification CPR and First Aid certification 1 year experience in senior care Strong attention to detail and leadership skillsLead Med Tech - Advance Your Clinical Career & Lead Medication Safety Lead Medication Aide | Med Tech | Senior LivingPay Range:22.10 - 27.70
