Purpose
To provide leadership, supervision and direction to designated employees who support and assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
Must possess basic computer skills
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service discipline or a business-related field preferred
Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
At least two years of supervisory experience preferred
Essential Functions
Helps create and maintain a positive, learning, supportive environment for all employees and individuals
Assists frontline supervisors with ensuring implementation and documentation of all training, support and behavior programs as required by the individual's plan and regulatory agencies
Assists frontline supervisors with ensuring employee compliance of policies and procedures through monitoring and training
Provides constructive feedback to employees through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring
Implements and monitors budgets at the direction of the Executive Director by providing accurate fiscal information and documentation of revenue and expenses
Assists in recruitment, orientation, supervision, monitoring, training, and evaluation of direct reports
Performs other duties as assigned
