Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management to maximize sales opportunities in assigned regions
  • Conduct proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to potential clients
  • Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive upselling opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account growth strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and other CRM software for lead tracking and analysis
  • Ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical features clearly
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential

Pay: $52,120.19 - $62,768.40 per year
