We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Job Description: As an Automotive Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in connecting with potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about our vehicles, promotions, and services, so it’s important to provide an exceptional experience. Your role is essential in driving leads and ensuring a steady flow of appointments for our sales team to convert into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound leads and prospects to schedule appointments for sales consultations and test drives.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, ensure leads are properly nurtured, and encourage scheduled appointments.
• Maintain a well-organized calendar, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and timely.
• Answer questions about vehicle availability, pricing, and dealership promotions.
• Track, manage, and report on lead activity and appointment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are properly prepared for, and customer expectations are met.
• Assist in confirming and rescheduling appointments as needed.
• Provide top-notch customer service, maintaining a positive and professional tone at all times.
• Stay up-to-date on dealership inventory, promotions, and sales goals to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs. Experience with dealership CRM/Momentum is a plus.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Automotive knowledge or interest is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
