Job Description
Title: Underground Foreman
Immediate Supervisor: Project Manager, Operations Manager, Owner
Position: Exempt Non-Exempt
General Job Summary:
The Underground Foreman oversees completion of daily jobs as assigned from warehouse equipment to work performed.
Principal duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee safety on job sites making sure all protocol for safety is followed.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs assigned with focus on quality of work.
- Maintain organization of yard/warehouse
- Handle all customer complaints with satisfactory results.
- Assist in training new laborers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Combination of technical training and/or experience
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be well experienced on bore rigs and missiles
