:
An x86 Hardware Support Engineer diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs x86-based server and workstation hardware (CPUs, memory, motherboards) to ensure system reliability. Responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis, performing firmware updates, managing installations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. Leads complex projects and issues within functional technical areas and cross functional area Works independently with IT functional units and business units. Recommend strategies for technical aspects of projects as well as broad system improvements, with a focus on X86 Infrastructure. Performs additional job duties as require
