Job Title: Supply Management Specialist
Duration: 12 months, Contract with possibilities of extension
Location: On-site in Fargo, ND
Shift Information: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday
Work Environment: 100% On-site
Position Overview:
As a Supply Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building supplier relationships, analyzing supply chain data, supporting negotiation efforts, resolving supplier issues, and developing inventory plans to mitigate risks and meet company goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Materials Management or relevant expertise in Supply Management, Material Flow, or Production Planning
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- 2 years of proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, and organize effectively, especially in high-pressure situations
