Experience:
- (7) years of experience in full lifecycle application development (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment) with primary focus on Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and enterprise systems integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Security/Permission Sets) Advanced programmatic development experience using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL
- Strong experience designing and consuming Salesforce Web Services (REST, SOAP), Bulk API, and Metadata API for system integrations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management using Copado and Git-based version control• Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certifications preferred
- Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical design specifications and architectural options
- Experience defining system landscapes, identifying technical gaps, and implementing end-to-end solutions
- Ability to build and execute automated unit tests with high code coverage, supporting QA and regression testing cycles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $66.00-71.00 per hour.
