Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of an AI-powered Risk Assessment tool within a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) environment. The role involves managing project execution, stakeholder coordination, requirements gathering, testing, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage GRC system implementation and integration projects.
- Gather and document business/system requirements, workflows, and user stories.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates.
- Support UAT planning, test case development, and validation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of project management experience in system implementation/integration projects.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Experience working with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with GRC platforms and ERP systems.
- Background in risk management or compliance initiatives.
- Experience with Visio or Lucidchart.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $82.00 per hour.
