Job Summary:
Seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and AI-enabled programs supporting Electric Operations. The role will drive program planning, governance, execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver scalable business outcomes across operations, digital, and enterprise teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and governance
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Manage multiple initiatives, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with operations, digital, and business teams to drive execution
- Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, and performance metrics
- Coordinate field activities, pilot programs, and operational initiatives
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Program/Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing strategic initiatives, portfolios, or operational programs
- Proven success in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Utilities, Wildfire, Forestry, or Climate-related programs
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience working with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Travel: Approximately 20% (1 day/week to Bay Area offices).
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $96.00-$100.00 per hour.
