We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects within Court Technology Services (CTS). The role will manage projects from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects involving application development, SaaS, infrastructure, and integrations
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
- Lead cross-functional technical and business teams
- Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, issues, and budgets
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into project plans
- Manage vendors, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder communications
- Track project performance and provide status updates to leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Promote continuous improvement and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or related field
- 3 years of IT project management or IT business analysis experience
- Experience managing projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Experience leading Agile software delivery, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or MS Project
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles
- 3 5 years of supervisory or team-lead experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification
- Public-sector or court technology experience
- Experience with web, mobile, or SaaS applications
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Organizational change management / Prosci ADKAR experience
- Experience with vendor and SOW management
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
