Seeking a Principal IT Regulatory Analyst to lead IT regulatory strategy, rate case development (GRC, TO, RAMP), and CPUC/FERC compliance. This role partners with IT leadership, finance, and regulatory teams to deliver high-impact testimony and strategic planning for regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT regulatory planning and testimony prep
- Coordinate rate case activities across business functions
- Develop tools/processes to align IT strategy with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with rate case decisions and directives
- Represent IT in regulatory workshops and filings
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in business or IT regulatory strategy
- Strong knowledge of CPUC/FERC ratemaking
- Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred:
- CBAP, Six Sigma, or ITIL certification
- Experience with IT finance, budget planning, or regulatory filings.
The annual starting salary for this position is between $179,000 $189,000 annually.
