The Technical Infrastructure PM will engage and assist the Team's effort in organizing, coordinating and facilitating relocating the Primary Data Center from One Penn Plaza to the selected Co-Location facility.
- 10years of experience in IT support focused on Project Management in infrastructure, esp. Data center build\Relocations.
- Can commute to Newark NJ on Hybrid basis as per client needs
- Has performed more than 3 data center moves\builds (Facilities\Network\Compute\Storage\Migrate)
- Led> 2 (1000 users scope) corporate headquarters moves and was responsible for the networking and telecom procurement. New LAN \ MDF design-Build-Go-Live
Job Description Infra PM:
- The infrastructure of information technology comprises of hardware systems, software, network connections and servers.
- The PM will manage project efforts for DC (new)design\build\migrate LAN\MDF design build projects portfolio.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Act as change agent to improve overall processes and programs.
- Provide guidance to project team throughout project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements.
- Support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines, and processes.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $86.00-96.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
