Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented consultant to support provider onboarding, technical integration, and CRM optimization. This role will work closely with the Business Relations Team to enhance provider engagement, data connectivity, and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end provider onboarding (integration, testing, training, go-live)
  • Act as liaison between providers, internal teams, and vendors
  • Simplify technical concepts for clinical and administrative users
  • Develop training materials and user guides
  • Optimize CRM platform (tracking, workflows, dashboards, data quality)
  • Generate reports, metrics, and insights for decision-making
Requirements:
  • 5 years in Health IT, provider engagement, or healthcare systems
  • Strong knowledge of HIE, EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, MS Dynamics)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Salary : $47 - $52
