Job Title: Team Leader / Production Supervisor
Location: Dubuque, IA, 52001
Duration: 12 months on a W2 contract
Team Lead – 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Safety Requirement: Metatarsal safety boots and Prescription safety glasses (if needed) required on the first day
Position Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities while ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, and Delivery standards. This role provides direct leadership to production employees, supports the execution of production plans, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse production workforce.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to address and resolve team conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to make timely, effective decisions using available data and information.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Preferred / Stand-Out Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in equipment programming, troubleshooting, or automation support
