Crew Member

Sunrise & Subs is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Crew Members to join our team! As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in providing excellent customer service while preparing high-quality food and beverages in a clean, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast sandwiches, subs, appetizers, desserts, beverages, smoothies, and milkshakes.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Operate the POS system and accurately process customer orders and payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.

• Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies as needed.

• Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen tasks.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.

• ServSafe Manager Certification is preferred. Employees hired without certification will be required to obtain it as part of their employment. The company will provide and pay for the required certification and training.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
