Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager, located in Willowbrook, IL. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales strategies to support rapid company growth.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Supervising all inside sales activities
• Managing the team’s sales pipeline and performance metrics
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Developing key accounts and improving conversion rates
• Mentoring team members to achieve and exceed sales goals
This role requires strong leadership, process creation, and the ability to build a high-performing inside sales operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage an inside sales team
• Develop sales scripts, training systems, workflows, and KPIs
• Coach representatives on phone-based solar sales, closing, and appointment setting
• Track performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize results
• Collaborate with senior leadership to scale operations efficiently

Qualifications
• Proven experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of solar inside sales or phone-based sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale sales teams
