Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following strict sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients
- Keep the work area tidy, organized, and compliant with sanitation procedures throughout each shift
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels
Skills
