Mental Health Clinician

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinician to join the Enhanced Services Facility!

Up to $3,000 sign on bonus! Hiring for part-time and full-time!

About the Program:

The Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) is a 16-bed residential facility located in Everett, WA. The goal of the facility is to have the residents graduate and re-integrate back into the community.

Schedule: 

Candidate must be willing to work one of the following shifts: 

Full time Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift 

Part-time schedule options:

• Saturday & Sunday, 8 am - 5 pm 
• Friday & Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm 
• Sunday & Monday, 8 am - 5 pm 
• Open to discuss additional hours.

Compensation:

• $26 - $34 per hour depending on applicable experience
• Full independent license pays more
• Up to $3,000 sign on bonus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide services to Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) residents.
• Provide intensive 1-1 interventions and supports to problem-solve and facilitate successful resident placement in the ESF and later transition to a community setting.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and training to ESF staff to stabilize successful (community) ESF placements. 
• Coordinate resident treatment and effective supports with resident’s prescriber and others involved in resident’s care and needs including other MH Providers, DSHS, hospital staff, residential providers, family members etc. 
• Enable and empower resident involvement as much as possible to assist care providers to understand and respond to the behavioral health needs of individuals.

Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or further advanced degree in counseling or one of the social sciences. If you have a Certified AAC or Licensed AAC or have an Associates License (LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA) or Full Independent License (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT), please apply.  
• Experience: At least two years of experience in supervised direct treatment of persons with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/Certifications: Must have one of the following: AAC Certification, AAC License, Associate License, or Independent Licensure.
• Washington State driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance 
• National Provider Identifier (NPI): Must be active with Sunrise reflected as agency designation
