- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
- Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Requirements:
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- Maintain certifications, such as CPR and First Aid.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding.
