As a Nursing Clinical Leader at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellness of our residents. You will lead and manage the nursing team, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the nursing team to promote resident health and wellness
- Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience, preferably in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and empower team members
