Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and services to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and engagement in life skills and other life-enriching activities
- Develop and implement ISPs that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs and policies
Requirements
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
- High School diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations
- In states where applicable, must maintain certifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
