Maple Heights

Sunrise Retirement is seeking a Resident Manager for Maple Heights Apartments and Annex.

The resident manager will live rent-free on campus and receive a $500 biweekly stipend. All utilities are paid for with the exception of internet and tv service. As a condition of employment, the occupant of the rent-free apartment must be on premises and be available for emergency calls (24-hour calls, weekends, etc.) except for short periods of time prearranged with management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Housekeeping and Maintenance
   1. Keep common areas clean with supplies furnished by the owner.
   2. Report maintenance and repair needs of the Complex to Sunrise Retirement management and/or maintenance personnel.
2. Monitor the complex to promote well-being of its residents
   1. Be on the premises at all times
   2. Respond to emergency call system
   3. Inform Sunrise Management regarding status (well-being) of Maple Heights residents and relay their concerns or comments on an on-going basis.
3. Give tours of complex for prospective tenants as directed.
4. Meet or communicate regularly with Sunrise Management staff
5. Maintain security procedures for the complex.

This is a HUD property and the applicant must be at least 55 years of age or older to qualify to be a resident.
