We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing night shift team. No addiction treatment experience? No problem! We provide paid on-the-job training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
As an nurse at Sunrise Recovery, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the early stages of recovery by:
- Administering medications safely and accurately
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs
- Completing CIWA and COWS assessments
- Conducting urine drug screens
- Maintaining accurate documentation in KIPU EMR
- Recording client progress notes and observations
- Collaborating with counselors, medical providers, and the nursing team
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Participating in clinical meetings and treatment planning
Who You Are:
- A LPN or RN licensed in the state of Indiana.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN training program.
- Experience in addiction treatment, psychiatric nursing, or detox care is preferred but not a must have. Remember, we offer on the job training!!
- Comfortable with EMR systems (KIPU experience a plus, but not a must).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate (this you must have).

Shift: Full-time – Days or Nights - Twelve hour shifts, rotating weekends
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Indiana LPN or RN license
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
