Licensed Therapist
Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: Based on licensure level and experience
Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do:
- Carry a focused caseload of clients for personalized care
- Individual therapy sessions, craft individualized Master Treatment Plans
- Lead engaging group therapy and family education sessions
- Collaborate in Treatment Team meetings and coordinate thoughtful discharge planning
- Stay current on local resources and best practices in SUD treatment
- Uphold the highest standards of documentation, ethics, and confidentiality
Credentials We’re Looking For:
- LSW, LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT
- Must be licensed in the State of Indiana
