Position OverviewSunrise Recovery is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to support organizational growth and community engagement efforts across Indiana. This role is instrumental in expanding referral networks, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting initiatives that drive census growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and relationship-focused, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the behavioral health field.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify trends, referral opportunities, and competitive insights
- Support the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and outreach materials
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform growth strategies
- Represent Sunrise Recovery at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure positive stakeholder experiences
- Contribute to initiatives focused on increasing census and expanding organizational reach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or healthcare outreach preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
