Sunrise Recovery is a leading residential treatment center dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance abuse and reclaim their lives. We offer multiple levels of care Inpatient Detox, Residential Treatment, PHP, and IOP in a clinically structured, compassionate environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and welcoming admissions process for our clients and their families.
Position Summary:
The Admissions Coordinator assists in the daily operations of the admissions department, ensuring accurate documentation, excellent client service, and timely processing of admissions.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate in the CRM system.
- Complete Good Faith Estimates (GFEs) and collect required fees, including pharmacy co-pays.
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients and qualify leads by gathering clinical and medical information.
- Verify insurance benefits and prepare net pricing information for patients.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Sunrise Recovery and conducting facility tours.
- Aggressively work to close leads and improve census.
- Complete all admission paperwork and consents with patients.
- Communicate admissions details to appropriate staff and track all leads using CRM software.
- Compile marketing and admissions data for management as requested.
- Participate in on-call rotation as directed by the Director of Nursing.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Peer Support Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be flexible
- Monday–Friday: 2:00pm to 10pm
- Must be available to work weekends when needed for scheduled admissions. This is on a fair rotation.
