Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Association Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of community associations, ensuring smooth communication between board members and residents, overseeing budgets, and coordinating necessary maintenance and vendor services. You'll play a key role in educating and guiding board members, resolving community issues, implementing homeowner policies, and managing compliance with community bylaws, all while providing exceptional support to foster a thriving community. Partial remote work is an option for this position.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage board relations, engage residents, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Operational knowledge, including coordination of maintenance requests, vendor management, and budgeting expertise.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills for managing community challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with community association laws, regulations, and procedures is highly preferred.
- Capacity to manage situations independently while embodying flexibility in a hybrid work environment.
- Basic proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Prior experience in property or community management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to attend onsite meetings and site inspections as needed.
