Pool service techs must be able to properly balance a number of chemicals, recognize equipment warning signs, and respond to customer inquiries with fact-based answers.***

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pools and pool equipment
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities on our mobile app
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience in pool maintenance or a related field required
- Knowledge of pool cleaning and water chemistry testing
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and work long hours on your feet in hot and cold weather
Driving Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- 5 Years Driving experience
- No "At Fault" Major accidents on record
- No Suspended License on record
- No DUI on record
